First Creek Crossing
Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Three grizzly bear cubs of the year known as (COYs) wait along the edge of Yellowstone National Park’s Obsidian Creek for their mother to help them guide them across. Sow grizzlies with COYs are generally the last bears to leave their den in the spring. These cubs were just beginning their journey of slowly exploring their new world.
