Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming
A bald eagle soars majestically over the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park. To many of the indigenous tribes from North America’s continent the eagle is a messenger and is regarded as the most sacred bird. To these cultures it is a highly spiritual symbol known as the master of the skies for its courage, wisdom, and strength. Bald eagles can soar to altitudes of over 10,000 feet.
